The Ultimate Dog Biscuit Recipe

Every doggo deserves a tasty and healthy treat, and homemade dog biscuits are the perfect solution! With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of delicious biscuits that your furry friend will absolutely love. Here’s what you’ll need:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free!)
one large egg
1/2 cup water

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the flour and oats in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, egg, and water. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined until a dough forms. The dough should be soft but not sticky.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 3/8 inch thickness. Cut out the biscuits check here using your favorite cookie cutters or a knife. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the biscuits cool completely before giving them to your pup. Store any leftover biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
